How to Apply the Eye Make-Up

This is how it can look when you are finished.

Here is the method behind this style of eye make-up:

  1. Draw the upper line the way you normally do. Feel free to draw it as thick or thin as you like.
  2. Draw a thick line 2/3 the length of the bottom part of the eye starting from the outer corner.
  3. Draw the remaining 1/3 as a thin line.
  4. Apply mascara to the top eyelashes as you normally would, but be sure to apply them to the bottom eyelashes as well.

That's just how it's referred to in Japanese. The "tare" part of "tare-me" comes from the verb "tareru". It means to hang or droop.
